Die First Conditional wird verwendet, um eine mögliche Zukunftssituation zu beschreiben, die von einer bestimmten Bedingung abhängt. Es besteht aus zwei Teilen: der Bedingung (wenn) und der Reaktion darauf (dann).

If-Satz: If + Person + present simple
Hauptsatz: Person + will + verb

Beispiele:

If it rains tomorrow, I will stay at home. 🌧🏡

If I finish my homework early, I’ll watch a movie. 🧾🎞

If he eats too much, he will feel sick. 🥐🤮

If we leave now, we’ll avoid the traffic. 🚶‍♀️🚦🚗🚓

Man kann die Struktur auch ändern und es behält die gleiche Meinung:

I will go out if it is sunny. 🚶‍♀️☀

I will watch a movie if I finish my homework early. 🎞🧾
